Who we are
Meyppi, an independent media delivery verification practice based in India. Privacy contact: hello@meyppi.com. We respond to privacy questions and grievances within one working day.
What we collect, by source
- Audit request form: name, company, role, email, campaign count range, spend range, and your one-line description. Used only to respond and scope an audit.
- Email correspondence: whatever you choose to send.
- Free check: see the section below; uploaded files never leave your browser.
- Website analytics: Cloudflare Web Analytics aggregates page-view counts without cookies and without tracking individual visitors. No Google Analytics or cross-site tracking.
- Server logs: standard edge-server request logs (URL, time, IP) kept by our hosting provider for security and abuse prevention.
Why we use it
One purpose per data type. Form data and correspondence: responding and scoping. Client campaign material: producing the contracted report, processed only on your instructions under the Service Terms. Nothing is used for advertising or sold.
Client campaign material
Creatives and media rarely contain personal data; insertion orders and correspondence may. Client material is processed solely to produce your report, is stored as described on the security and data handling page, and is not shared with third parties.
Sub-processors
Cloudflare (hosting, free-check proxy, optional cookieless analytics), Formspree (form handling, when used) and Google Fonts (typeface delivery). The current list with purposes and locations is on the security page.
Retention
Form submissions are kept only as long as needed to respond and scope the request. Audit material (creatives, media and evidence exports) is retained so findings can be re-examined and is deleted on written request with confirmation; retention periods per engagement are stated in the engagement letter.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or erasure of your personal data, raise a grievance, or nominate a representative, by writing to hello@meyppi.com. We respond within one working day and action requests within a further five.
The free check, precisely
- Uploaded creative files are processed in your browser's memory and never leave your device.
- Audio URLs you paste are fetched through a streaming proxy that stores nothing and keeps no database record; standard edge request logs remain as above.
- The one-check limit is a value in your browser's local storage. The site sets no cookies and does not fingerprint visitors.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies. There is no cookie banner because there are no cookies.
Security and breach notification
Measures and commitments are summarised on the security page. Affected clients are notified promptly in the event of an incident involving their material.
Changes
Material changes are announced on this page with a new effective date. This policy is written to India's DPDP framework; it is informational and not a substitute for legal advice.
